My Secret Ingredient
Need help saving recipes, importing from links, photos, or videos, building shopping lists, planning meals, sharing with a household, or using premium features?
Email support@306holdings.com with "My Secret Ingredient" in the subject, a short description of the issue, the device you are using, and any steps that led to the problem.
Helpful details include your device model, operating system version, app version, app store used for purchase, whether iCloud is enabled on Apple devices, and whether the issue involves recipe importing, Household Plus, calendar access, or household sharing.
If a recipe link does not import cleanly, save it as a bookmark and add your own notes, ingredients, instructions, and edits manually.
Check that recipes have ingredients saved before using them to build shopping lists or weekly meal plans.
Household Plus purchases, restores, and subscription management are handled through the App Store or Google Play. The Apple app uses StoreKit, while the Android app may use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status and restores. Use Restore Purchases in the app if premium access is missing after reinstalling or changing devices on the same platform.
Shared calendar features are optional. Google Calendar uses read-only access and can be disconnected in the app. If Apple household sharing is not working, check that iCloud is enabled, iCloud Drive is available, and the household invite was accepted by the intended Apple ID.
Household Plus is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and renewal details are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Apple purchases and restores use StoreKit; Android purchase status and restores may be managed with RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from the store account settings used to subscribe. Refund requests are handled by Apple Support or Google Play Support.
My Secret Ingredient does not require a username or password for normal use, but shared household features may use an anonymous Firebase identifier and, when you choose to invite or join a household, a connected Google or Apple account. You can delete recipes, shopping list items, meal plans, cooking notes, and household items in the app. You can disconnect Google Calendar in the app and remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. On iPhone or iPad, use Household > Household Account > Delete Account. On Android, use Household > Delete Account and Data. You can also visit the account deletion page to request deletion of connected household account data. Deleting a household account does not cancel an app-store subscription or remove recipes stored locally or in a private iCloud/CloudKit database.
