Overview

These terms apply to your use of My Secret Ingredient, an iPhone and Android app developed by 306 Holdings for saving recipes, importing recipe details, building shopping lists, planning meals, and sharing household cooking tasks.

App Store Terms

My Secret Ingredient is licensed, not sold, through the app store where you downloaded it. Unless a separate written agreement applies, Apple users are also governed by Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA. Android users are also governed by the applicable Google Play terms.

Free Features

The app may be used without a paid subscription for saving and editing recipes, creating shopping lists, planning meals, manually entering recipes, saving recipe links, keeping cooking notes, and using a limited number of photo imports each month.

Household Plus Subscriptions

Household Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription offered in monthly and yearly durations. It unlocks premium features such as unlimited photo imports, video recipe imports, meal plan templates, nutrition estimates, and shared household calendar features. Household sharing may use iCloud and Firebase-backed account identity on Apple devices and Firebase-backed household accounts and content on Android. Household membership and shared content are managed by the platform where the household was created.

Subscription prices, renewal periods, trial details if offered, and billing confirmation are shown in the App Store or Google Play purchase flow before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Purchases and renewals are charged through the app store account used for purchase. The Apple app uses StoreKit. RevenueCat may be used on Android to manage entitlement status and restores. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in that store's account settings.

Restore Purchases

Current subscribers can restore eligible purchases from inside the app. If a subscription does not restore as expected, contact support with the device model, operating system version, store used for purchase, and account status shown by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.

User Content

You are responsible for the recipes, notes, images, videos, shopping items, calendar selections, and other content you choose to save or import. Only import content you have the right to use. Recipe websites and other third-party sources may have their own terms, privacy policies, and restrictions.

Nutrition Estimates

Nutrition estimates are provided for general meal planning only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, dietary, or professional nutrition advice.

Availability and Changes

306 Holdings may update, modify, or discontinue app features over time. We aim to keep app information, support pages, privacy details, and subscription descriptions accurate as the product changes.
