Get help with daily Crosswords, Sudoku, Daily Word, Word Search, saved progress, archives, challenges, rewards, or reminders.
Contact Support
Email support@306holdings.com with “The Puzzle Room” in the subject and a short description of the issue.
Helpful details include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, the puzzle date and game type involved, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Saved Progress
Gameplay saves on your device. Clearing app storage, deleting the app, or changing devices may remove it.
Reminders
Daily and comeback reminders are optional and can be turned off in the app or device settings.
Game Guide
- Crossword: choose Easy, Medium, or Hard, enter answers, and use earned checks or reveals when needed.
- Sudoku: choose a difficulty and complete the board without repeating numbers in a row, column, or region.
- Daily Word: find the five-letter answer in six tries using the letter feedback from each guess.
- Word Search: find every word in the day's themed board.
- Today: customize which daily games are pinned and rearrange their order.
- Days: choose an earlier published date to reopen its puzzle collection.
- Bag: review earned hints, checks, word reveals, and challenge progress.
Puzzles Are Not Loading
Confirm that your device has an internet connection, then close and reopen the app. A previously loaded daily set may be available from the local cache. If the current date is still unavailable, include the date, your time zone, platform, and app version in your support email.
Progress, Streaks, and Personal Bests
Puzzle entries, elapsed times, streaks, solved dates, rewards, and preferences are stored locally on the device. The app does not currently offer an account or cross-device synchronization. If progress appears incorrect, avoid deleting or reinstalling the app before contacting support, because doing so may remove the information needed to investigate.
Personal bests are described as unassisted when they are completed without using applicable help. Scores, streaks, and rewards are app features and do not have cash value.
Notifications
Notification permission is optional. You can disable daily reminders from the app's settings or turn off The Puzzle Room notifications in your device settings. Notification delivery may vary based on device settings, operating-system behavior, connectivity, and platform push services.
Delete Local Data
The Puzzle Room does not create an account. To remove local puzzle progress, streaks, rewards, preferences, and cached puzzles, delete the app or clear its app storage through device settings. Your device's backup settings may preserve or later restore some app data. Disable reminders before deleting the app if you want the service to mark the notification registration inactive.
