ALTA Personal Trainer Privacy Policy

Overview

ALTA Personal Trainer (“ALTA”) is developed by 306 Holdings. ALTA provides structured training programs, guided workouts and runs, readiness guidance, progress tracking, optional recovery connections, and coaching features. This policy explains the information ALTA handles, why it is used, the services involved, and the controls available to you.

Information ALTA Handles

When you create or sign in to an account, ALTA handles your email address, display name, and account identifier. Social sign-in through Apple or Google is optional.

Depending on the features you use, ALTA stores or processes:

• Your training profile, goal, equipment, experience, schedule, session length, measurements, preferences, and movement limitations.
• Your generated program, completed workouts and runs, active session state, set results, effort feedback, progress, and personal records.
• Outdoor run routes and location samples recorded only while you choose to record an outdoor run.
• Readiness check-ins, including energy, soreness, stress, pain or movement restrictions, and an optional note.
• Coaching preferences, memories you confirm, and recent coach conversation context.
• Train Together invitations, membership relationships, and limited live session progress.
• Written product feedback, subscription status, Apple transaction identifiers, and a device token when notifications are enabled.
• Optional health and fitness information from Apple Health or Oura when you choose to connect those sources.

Product Measurement and Diagnostics

ALTA records coarse product events such as onboarding steps viewed, paywall visits, and workout starts or completions using a random installation identifier. These events exclude names, email addresses, health and readiness values, routes, exercise names, weights, repetitions, pain details, notes, and message contents.

For signed-in members, ALTA may also receive the app build, operating-system version, and Apple MetricKit crash, hang, CPU, and disk-write diagnostics so the app can be kept reliable. ALTA does not use Apple's advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How Information Is Used

ALTA uses information described in this policy to:

• Provide and synchronize workouts, runs, programs, progress, and account data.
• Personalize recommendations and explain readiness or training adjustments.
• Remember coaching preferences and memories you confirm and continue recent conversations.
• Provide optional Train Together sessions with the member you choose.
• Deliver notifications you enable and verify subscription access.
• Diagnose reliability problems, improve product flows, and respond to feedback or support requests.

306 Holdings does not sell personal information. ALTA does not use health, fitness, location, or coaching information for advertising.

Health and Fitness Information

Apple Health and Oura are optional. ALTA requests only the categories needed for the recovery and training features you choose, and you can change access in ALTA or the provider's settings.

Apple Health permissions are controlled by iOS. With the permissions you grant, ALTA can read recent sleep, heart, activity, and workout context. When you choose the relevant feature, ALTA can also save completed workouts or runs to Apple Health. Raw Apple Health samples are not sent to the language model.

Oura connection uses Oura's authorization page. ALTA's secure service receives normalized recovery information and stores connected-provider tokens in encrypted form. You can disconnect Oura in ALTA to revoke the connection where possible and delete ALTA's stored credentials and cached integration data.

Outdoor Run Location

ALTA requests precise location only when you start an outdoor run and continues location access while that run is being recorded. Location samples are used to measure distance and create a route map. If account sync is enabled, the saved route is included with your training history. Precise routes are not sent to the language model or shared in Train Together.

AI Coaching

The coach receives workout context, ALTA's final readiness decision, account training facts, recent conversation context, and coach memories you confirm. Raw Apple Health or Oura measurements and precise outdoor run routes are not sent to the language model. The current coach model runs on ALTA-controlled hardware. Coach guidance is general fitness guidance and is not medical care.

Services and Limited Sharing

Supabase provides account authentication; Apple or Google provides optional account sign-in; Oura provides optional connected recovery information; Apple provides HealthKit, StoreKit, MetricKit, notification delivery, and platform services; and Cloudflare protects connections to ALTA's private service. Each service processes only the information needed for its role and may independently provide its own privacy terms.

When you choose Train Together, your display name and limited live workout or run progress are shared with the one member in that session. Heart rate, recovery measurements, pain details, private notes, coaching conversations, and routes are not shared through Train Together.

Retention, Security, and Deletion

Active account information, training history, and confirmed coach memories are retained while you use ALTA or until you remove them. Recent coach messages expire after 30 days. Unlinked installation events and app diagnostics expire after 90 days. Account-linked product events expire after 13 months.

ALTA uses encrypted network connections and encrypts connected-provider tokens on its private server. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can review or clear coach memories, disconnect Oura, export your data, or permanently delete your account from Profile settings. Account deletion removes linked product events, active member records, subscription records, diagnostics, and provider credentials. Encrypted operational backups expire within 30 days. Deleting ALTA or your ALTA account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple.

Your Choices

Apple Health, Oura, outdoor-run location, written product feedback, coach notifications, Train Together, and social sign-in are optional. You can change their access in ALTA, iOS, or the relevant provider settings. You may use email sign-in instead of Apple or Google sign-in.

Children's Privacy

ALTA is not directed to children under 13 and 306 Holdings does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so the request can be reviewed and addressed.

Changes to This Policy

306 Holdings may update this policy as ALTA, its connected services, distribution status, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
