Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Family Album, a private family photo and video sharing service developed by 306 Holdings. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, accessing a family space, or otherwise using Family Album, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Family Album lets users create or join invitation-only family spaces, share photos and videos, add captions and comments, organize albums, review activity, manage family roles, and choose notification preferences. Features may differ by platform, device, region, account role, and app version.

Eligibility and Children

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Family Album is not directed to children under 13. A child may not create or use an account unless permitted and supervised by a parent or legal guardian under applicable law. If you use Family Album for a child or invite a child to participate, you are responsible for providing any required consent and supervision.

Your Account and Sign-In Links

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep access to your email account and devices secure. Sign-in links are personal, time-limited credentials. Do not forward or share them. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Family Spaces, Invitations, and Roles

Family spaces are private to their invited members, but privacy depends on the choices of every member. Invitations should be sent only to people intended to join the space and should not be posted publicly. Owners can invite or remove members and assign view-only, contributor, or owner access. Removed members lose future access, but 306 Holdings cannot control copies or screenshots a member made while authorized.

Owners and members are responsible for resolving family-space membership decisions. 306 Holdings may assist with account or security issues but is not required to mediate family disputes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, captions, comments, profile images, album information, and other content you submit to Family Album. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, share, and display that content to the invited members of the applicable family space, including permission from people depicted where required by law.

You grant 306 Holdings a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support Family Album and to comply with law. This license ends when the content is permanently deleted, except for limited backup, security, and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for your content and for deciding what is appropriate to share with a family space. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, exploitative, deceptive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing, or that exposes highly sensitive information without authorization. Private access does not make unlawful content permissible.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Family Album for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or infringing activity;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or invade the privacy of another person;
• share sign-in or invitation links with unauthorized people or attempt to enter a space without permission;
• upload malware or interfere with the service, accounts, access controls, storage, or networks;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access content or account information without permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it; or
• copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or another member's content without authorization.

Content and Account Enforcement

306 Holdings may restrict access to or remove content, invitations, family spaces, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, investigate abuse or security incidents, respond to a valid legal request, or address technical risk. Where practical, we may notify the affected account. We are not obligated to monitor every private family space or pre-screen user content.

Storage, Recovery, and Backups

Family Album is designed for sharing memories, but it is not a guaranteed permanent archive or substitute for your own backups. Uploads can fail, files may be unsupported, and content may be lost because of deletion, account action, service interruption, corruption, or circumstances outside our control. Keep independent copies of important photos and videos.

Deleted posts may be recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Recovery is a convenience feature and is not guaranteed. Account deletion is permanent after the applicable deletion process is completed.

Email and Push Notifications

Family Album may send requested sign-in links, invitations, account or security messages, and family updates. Optional email and push preferences can be changed in the service and device settings. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on email providers, notification services, device settings, connectivity, and other systems outside 306 Holdings' control.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Family Album relies on third-party hosting, storage, email, notification, mobile operating-system, and app-store services. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms. 306 Holdings is not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions, device behavior, or changes to external services that affect Family Album.

License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these terms, 306 Holdings grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Family Album for lawful personal and family purposes. The service, software, interface, branding, and materials provided by 306 Holdings are owned by or licensed to 306 Holdings and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of 306 Holdings technology or branding to you.

Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback about Family Album, you permit 306 Holdings to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information as feedback.

Privacy

Review the Privacy Policy to understand how Family Album handles account information, invitations, family content, notifications, service data, retention, and account deletion.

Availability and Changes

We may update, add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, platform support, accounts, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device, file, browser, or operating-system version.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Album is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 306 Holdings does not warrant uninterrupted access, successful uploads or notifications, permanent preservation, error-free operation, security against every threat, or that the service will meet every family's needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 306 Holdings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost content, lost memories, unauthorized copies made by family members, lost access, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use Family Album. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Family Album at any time, leave family spaces, or permanently delete your account. 306 Holdings may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or discontinue Family Album. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Family Album or applicable requirements change. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app, website, or email notice when practical. Continuing to use Family Album after updated terms become effective indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
