Overview

These terms apply to your use of Dealt, an iOS and Android app developed by 306 Holdings for dealing date-night cards, saving favorites, tracking completed dates, sharing cards, and unlocking themed date decks.

Store Terms

Dealt is distributed through app stores. Your download, purchases, refunds, and platform account controls may also be governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you obtained the app.

Free Features

Dealt may be used without a paid purchase for starter date cards, the core deal flow, filters, saved cards, history, and sharing. Free users may have a limited number of re-deals or limited access to premium packs.

Premium Packs and Lifetime Unlock

Dealt offers optional one-time purchases for individual premium packs and lifetime access. Purchase prices, available products, taxes, regional availability, and confirmation are shown in the App Store or Google Play purchase flow before purchase.

Purchases and restores are handled through the app stores and RevenueCat. If premium access does not restore as expected, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support with the platform, device model, operating system version, and app version.

Adult-Gated Content

Dealt includes optional After Dark content intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to access adult-gated content. Do not use or unlock adult-gated content if you are under 18 or if that content is not appropriate where you live.

Use of Date Ideas

Dealt provides date ideas for entertainment, planning, and inspiration. You are responsible for deciding whether a date idea is safe, legal, affordable, age-appropriate, and suitable for your circumstances. Use care with activities involving travel, venues, food, alcohol, weather, physical activity, or other real-world risks.

Maps and Third-Party Services

Some features may open Apple Maps, Google Maps, store purchase flows, or your device's share sheet. Those services are provided by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and availability limits.

Availability and Changes

306 Holdings may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue app features, decks, prompts, prices, or platform availability over time. We aim to keep app information, support pages, privacy details, and purchase descriptions accurate as the product changes.
