Privacy Policy

Overview

Dealt is developed by 306 Holdings. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it to deal date cards, save favorites, track completed dates, unlock premium packs, open maps searches, or share generated date-card images.

No Account Required

Dealt does not require you to create a 306 Holdings account. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, account profile, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, calendar, or Bluetooth access.

Information Stored on Your Device

Dealt stores app activity and preferences locally on your device, including saved date cards, completed cards, recent history, selected filters, active cards, selected second-act prompts, checked steps, age confirmation for adult-gated content, re-deal count, premium status, and unlocked pack status.

Purchases and Restores

Dealt offers optional one-time purchases for premium packs and lifetime access. Purchases and restores are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat and the app stores may process purchase identifiers, product IDs, transaction status, entitlement status, device or app metadata, and anonymous customer identifiers as needed to provide purchases, restores, and unlocks.

Dealt does not use a 306 Holdings account login for purchases. Store and RevenueCat purchase records are handled under those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

If you choose to share a date card, Dealt creates a share image from the card and opens your device's share sheet. The image is sent only to the destination you choose.

Maps

Some cards may include a nearby venue search. When you choose that action, Dealt opens Apple Maps, Google Maps, or another available maps app with a venue search query. Dealt does not request location permission, but the maps provider may use your device location according to its own privacy policy.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Dealt does not include third-party advertising, ad attribution SDKs, third-party analytics, or crash reporting SDKs in the inspected app source. Dealt does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising tracking.

Children's Privacy and Adult Content

Dealt is intended for couples and is not directed to children under 13. Some optional After Dark content is intended for adults and is behind an 18+ confirmation gate. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can help address it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local Dealt data remains on your device until you change it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Recent history is limited in the app. Because Dealt does not provide 306 Holdings accounts, there is no in-app account deletion flow. You can remove local data by deleting the app or clearing app data through your device settings. You can remove individual saved cards in the app.

Security

Dealt stores local activity using device app storage. No app-level encryption beyond platform storage protections is currently described for this local data. Purchase processing is handled by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
